Is car parking available?
In most cases, a secure undercover car-space is available.
Can we hire a cot or fold away bed?
Yes, but we require 24 hr notice via email.
is linen supplied?
Yes, bed linen and towels are supplied.
Does the apartments have full kitchen and everything I need to cook?
Yes, all our units are fully kitted and self contained, including an internal laundry.
What is your refund policy?
If the booking is cancelled within 7 days of arrival date half the accommodation fee will be charged. Prior to 7 days before arrival date, one night’s tariff will be charged.
Can I bring my pet?
Unfortunately animals are not permitted in the building
How do I get the keys to my apartment?
A staff member will be in touch prior to your arrival date and meet you at the property when you arrive.
what time can I check in and out and how do I pay?
Check-in is strictly from 1pm and check-out is strictly 10am.
A late arrival after 10pm of $50 will be charged as we are not a hotel. If you are arriving outside of office hours, please call 0412 452 342 prior to arriving at the complex.
how do I pay for my stay?
At booking we require your credit card details to process 1 night accommodation. Upon check in you will be charged for the outstanding amount for the entire booking, unless an alternative arrangement has been made.

what are your office hours and emergency contact details?
Office hours are 9am-3pm Monday to Friday and 9am to 12pm Saturdays. Please note we are not always inside the office, but available via email.
The 24hr ‘out of hours mobile’ on 0412 452 342 is for emergencies only, please do not use it unless it is an emergency.
what utilities do I need and how do I connect them?
You need to set up an electricity, gas and telephone account in your own name. You can use any provider you like, but only Origin supply gas to our building (for hot water). We recommend that you do this prior to tenancy start date.
how do I notify you of maintenance required?

who do I contact for emergency maintenance or repair outside of office hours?
Always call our office ‘out of hours mobile’ on 0412 452 342 when urgent maintenance is required.
what do I do if I lock myself out of my unit?
Contact the office on 33583444 during office hours. When out of hours please use our ‘out of hours mobile’ on 0412 452 342. Please note a fee of $ 50 to $ 100 will be charged, depending on the time.
are you pet friendly?
Unfortunately the buildings are not pet friendly.
how do I pay my rent?
We require rent to be paid via EFT, in advance. There are processes to follow in regards to rent arrears.
can you recommend a cleaner?
We can provide contact with our preferred providers for service cleans or exit cleans.
